Max DePree explains in his book “Leadership is an Art”, that the first responsibility of a leader is to define reality and the last is to say thank you. In between the two the leader must become the servant and a debtor. The signs of outstanding leadership appear primarily in the organization. Is the organization reaching its potential? Is the organization achieving its required results?

His coaching and leadership skills have been sharpened by his tenure as a Chief Executive Officer and Coaching credentialing from the International Coaching Federation. He has provided organizational leaders with the ability to answer the aforementioned questions.

Effectiveness comes through enabling others to reach their potential both in their professional life and personal life. Continuously improving the capacity of leaders while carrying out the vision of the company is the best way to improve any organization. Tom believes his history of leadership, professional experience, service in education, and his personal integrity have prepared him to assist you on your leadership journey.
